We are a family-owned gourmet popcorn shop located in Newnan, Georgia. POPPED has been a cherished part of the Newnan community for years, originally based in Ashley Park before relocating to GA-Hwy 34. Although the shop closed in December 2023, we proudly reopened it in February 2024, keeping many of the original flavors while adding our own unique creations. Our popcorn journey began with our Party Rental Company in South Atlanta, which offered bounce houses and concession rentals, including popcorn machines. When the machines weren’t in use, we started experimenting with gourmet popcorn and selling it at local Atlanta events. As we expanded, we visited POPPED to purchase equipment after they announced their closing, after conversations with the previous owners, we decided to reopen the shop under its beloved name.
